Information we collect

This is a static website. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of you. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email or phone:

• your name;
• your email address;
• the content of your message, including anything you choose to include in it.

The contact form is delivered by an external form provider, which passes your message on to our inbox. That provider processes your submission on our behalf and under our instructions.

How we use it

We use the information you send us for one purpose: to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. We do not sell it, we do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers needed to deliver and store the message.

Legal basis and retention

Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f)), and, where a conversation leads towards an agreement, the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). We keep correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to our business relationship, and delete it when it no longer is.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address above or use the contact details on this site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
